Heroes & Villains Summer: Back to the Future

Thursday August 3 at 7:00 PM

When Marty McFly (international treasure Michael J. Fox) strands himself and a time-traveling DeLorean DMC-12 in the year 1955, he partners with the younger version of his future friend, the brilliant, eccentric inventor Doc Brown (Christopher Lloyd), to send him back to 1985. But when Marty inadvertently causes his then-teenage mother (Lea Thompson) to fall in love with him instead of his father (Crispin Glover), he must scheme to bring them back together — and defeat school bully Biff Tannen (Thomas F. Wilson) — all while racing time to catch the bolt of lightning that will generate the 1.21 gigawatts needed to get him back to the future. Feel "The Power of Love" and be sure to get your Enchantment Under the Sea Dance photo at this special screening.

Revisit some of cinema’s most iconic heroes and villains on the big screen this summer at the Lucas. Each screening will feature themed surprises like photo booths, concession specials, pre-show trivia, and more, along with the chance to hear the Lucas’ recently restored 1925 Mighty Wurlitzer pipe organ roar! Plan to arrive early to hear its pre-show performance.

Tickets for the film, part of the Heroes & Villains Summer series, are $5 for SCAD Card holders, students, seniors, and military; and $8 for the general public
