$3,500 per event day (starting, base price)

Technical/Stage Hand Staff

The Lucas Theatre is a professional stagehand union house. Labor rates vary on skill needs.

*An increased rate will be used for recording or broadcast. Additionally, overtime rates apply on holidays or after eight hours.

Facility/Events Fees

Housekeeping, House Management and Security are not included in the base rental price and will be charged at an hourly rate, as completed. Lessees receive a quote detailing these and any other expenses based on the specific needs of the event.

ASCAP/BMI/SESAC: Fee is assessed based on event music and is waived if account numbers are provided.
