Tickets can be purchased or reserved online at scadboxoffice.com, by calling 912.525.5050, or by visiting the box office window at 216 E. Broughton St. The SCAD Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 pm (Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., June through August).

Lucas Theatre for the Arts will call is located in the theater lobby. Doors open one hour prior to event or performance times.
Refunds
Purchasing tickets from third-party sites (like StubHub) is at your own risk. The Lucas Theatre for the Arts and the SCAD Box Office cannot ensure proper seating or assist with any ticketing issues unless the ticket was purchased from the SCAD Box Office. If you have any questions about availability or the validity of an offer, contact the box office or the Lucas Theatre’s administrative offices. All sales are final. SCAD Box Office does not offer refunds.
Getting here
The Lucas Theatre for the Arts is located at 32 Abercorn St. between Reynolds Square and Broughton Street. Three pay parking garages are located within one block of the theater. Street parking is metered and limited around the Lucas Theatre. North of Liberty Street, parking meters are enforced from 8 a.m. through 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and are free on Sunday. Maximum price is $2 per hour. Meters south of Liberty Street and east of Habersham Street are enforced from 8 a.m. through 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and are free all weekend. Maximum price is $1 per hour.

Accessibility
The Lucas Theatre does not have an elevator. All handicapped-accessible seating is located on the orchestra level. Make note of this when purchasing tickets and if unable to climb stairs, do not select seats in the balcony for reserved seat events. Closed captioning devices are available for patrons who need hearing assistance at the theater box office. Email theater and event staff for any additional accessibility requests or needs at [email protected].
Food and beverages
Concessions are available during performances at the lobby concession stand. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the theater.
Cashless payments
Lucas Theatre for the Arts and the SCAD Box Office have gone cashless. Patrons should be prepared to pay by card at concessions and the box office. All major credit cards are accepted with tap-to-touch payment.
Late seating
Once an event begins, it is not always possible to seat patrons before an appropriate break. The late seating policy varies by show. Arrive promptly to ensure proper seating.
Phone and camera usage
Absolutely no texting, video, or cell phone use during movies. Please silence your phones and no talking during performances and events.
Professional camera, video and audio equipment is not allowed.
Security
All patrons are subject to search and may be screened by security staff. No large bags, purses or backpacks are permitted inside the venues, and small bags are subject to search. Firearms of weapons of any kind, including knives, are prohibited. The theater reserves the right to refuse items that may cause a danger or disruption to the event or to other patrons. Any patron who declines to be searched or is in possession of prohibited items may be denied entry or ejected from the facility.
